He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Alice Waggoner; his son Billy Waggoner; his granddaughter Amy Waggoner; his parents, Jim Waggoner and Bessie Waggoner; his brothers, Prentice, Ellie, Hansford and John; and his former wife Annie Glendal Jones.
He is survived by: his children, Jim (Pat), Mike (Carol), Ann, Lesa (Denny), Larry (Carol) and Lori; and his siblings, Ernest (Cassille), Jerry (Judy) and Dorothy Mae Hargrove. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
