He is survived by: his daughter Louise Cassandra Melder of West Monroe; his siblings, Elvis Melder of West Monroe and Debra Melder of West Monroe; and his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Vest Figueroa, Hazel Vest Foreman, Becky Vest Frantom, Ricky Melder, Judy Melder, Monte Melder, Murray Melder and Meredith Hoffman.
