He was predeceased by: his wife Sybil Rayborn; and his parents, Elbert Rayborn and Jeanette Winborne Fisher. He is survived by: his children, Sandra (Quentin Whitaker), Kathy (Darren Griggs), Ricky (Cindy Rayborn) and Jimbo Rayborn; his grandsons, Ricky "Ray" Rayborn (Megan) and Daniel Greenwell; and his great grandchildren, Lilly and Annie.
