He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry H. Middleton, Sr. and Katie Berry Middleton; his wife Dorothy Williams Middleton; his children, John Berry Middleton, MD, Henry Middleton, III, Tom Middleton Ed, Bruce Middleton and Kathleen Newell (Sam); his daughter-in-law Jeanne Middleton; and his grandchildren, David Middleton (Rachel), Mark Middleton (Cassie), James Middleton, Matthew Middleton, Chris Middleton (Robyn), Casey Middleton (Lindsey), Peter Middleton MD, Jenny Holt (Jake), Daniel Middleton, Nikki Fuller, Adam Middleton (Jamie) and Kirk Middleton. He was also cherished by 18 great grandchildren.
