He is survived by: his wife Betty Cazaudebat Woods; and his children, Stephen Woods (Debbie), Cathy Winn, Judith Barr (Larry), Micheal Woods (Lisa) and Cynthia Douglas (Tracy). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
The family would like to ask if memorials should be made, please do so to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or St. Paschal Catholic Church.
