He was predeceased by: his parents, Maloy Slocum and Lurline Slocum. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Westbrook Slocum; his daughters, Kristin Hill (Kyle) and Alayna Eley (David); his siblings, Steve Slocum (Julia) and Linda Price (Leon); his grandchildren, Spencer Hill, Jude Hill, Gavin Eley and Emma Eley; his sister-in-law Janet Westbrook Cook (Tom); and his father-in-law Van Westbrook (Barbara). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to First United Methodist Church of West Monroe, the Ouachita Parish Animal Shelter or to a charity of your choice.
