She is survived by: her children, Rachelle Parker Fogle (Jon) and Frederick Parker, Jr.; her wife Tanya; her grandchildren, Jennifer Barmes (Rodney) and Erik Fogle; her great grandchildren, Kassidy Wallace, Stormie Fogle, Gracie Fogle, Jacob Robinson and Noah Robinson; her siblings, Jewell Toney (Peg), Bob Toney (Jane), Ray Toney (Brenda), Royce Toney (LouAnn) and Faye Foster (George); her brother-in-law David Young; and also, Cathy Marquis (Greg), Jacob Buxton, Analeigh Buxton and Lucas Barmes.
