He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Evans and Ola Evans; and his brother Wilbur Evans. He is survived by: his children, Angela Evans and Michael Randall; his sisters, Jewel Osbon and Carolyn Sue Fuselier; his niece Lorie Bennett; and his nephew James Ben Avant. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, other numerous nieces and nephews.
