He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Minchew and Eva Minchew; his sister Marilyn Bellew; his grandson Kolton Minchew; and his great grandchild Joelyn Minchew.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Minchew; his sons, Mickey Minchew and Clint Minchew (Sandy); his grandchildren, Katelyn Setzer (Trey), Klinton Minchew (Samantha) and Kameron Minchew; his great grandchildren, D. J. Minchew, Allison Minchew and Aurora Setzer; his brothers, Will Minchew (Mary) and Jesse Minchew; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Hardwick (Mary Jo) and Mary Jo Landers. He is also survived by four nieces and six nephews.
