He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde "Chubby" Smith and Claudine D. Smith; and his siblings, Michael Smith, Jr. and Susan Smith. He is survived by: his brother David Stanley Smith of West Monroe; his nephew Jonathan David Smith (Amber) of Monroe; and his grandchildren, Ava Claire Smith, Emma Kate Smith, Ethan Jay Smith, Gabriel Parker and Bailey Parker. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
