It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Floye Smith of West Monroe, Louisiana, born in Calhoun, Louisiana, who passed away on September 20, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samson Tedeton and Alma Tedeton; her husband Jesse Smith (Smitty); her nieces, Judy Brewster and Lillian Wilson; her nephew Bobby Lynne Jordan; and her sisters, Margie Avery and Gertrude Jordan.
She is survived by: her son Rocky Smith (Jody); her grandchildren, Britany Smith, Corey Clampit (Brad Knight), Sierra Dickerson (Kyle), Stephanie Caldwell (Kyle), James Smith, Mikey Clampit and Melanie Clampit; her great grandchildren, Hudson, Tatum Dickerson, Kamryn Caldwell and Rylee Smith; and her nieces and nephews, Lorraine McDaniel, Patti Robideaux, Raymond Jordan (Jeanette), Eddie and Perry Jordan.
