He was predeceased by: his wife Bessie Lee Wheeler Kelley; and his parents, Isaac Kelley and Emma Kelley. He is survived by: his children, Michael Kelley (Margaret), Sherry Felkel (Rick), Kevin Kelley (Darlene) and Deborah Womack (David); his grandchildren, Emily, Jason, Nicole, Stewart, Christina, Michelle, Kimberly, John Michael, LeeAnne and Sarah; and his siblings, Metaline K. Garrett and Bob Kelley. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
