He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Clampit and Clydie Clampit; and his siblings, Marie Rash, Alice Warren, Vernon, Howard (Poe), Shannon, Tom and Vertis Wayne Clampit.
He is survived by: his wife Denise Clampit; his sons, Michael (Ginger), Scotty, Steven (Ashley) and Jody (Misty); his brother Pete Clampit; and his grandchildren, Jared, Heath, Tyler, Stephanie, Brittany, Peyton, Preston, Addie, Zoey, Brandon, Katina and Kalina. He is also survived by great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and a host of extended family and friends.
