She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Willoughby and Wilhelmina; her husband Bill Smith; and her siblings, Barbara Willoughby and David Willoughby.
She is survived by: her children, Harold Jiles (Misty), Dawn Boone (Mike), Derrick Jiles, Crystal, Kimberly Perez (Bonifacio) and Natalie Morgan; her grandchildren, Emily Brown, Angel Jiles, Brandi Jiles, Amber Boone, Amy Boone, Charlie Boone, Taylor Boone, Mykah Gaines, Kaylon Murray, Aubrey Jiles, Amanda Richledet, Carmen Perez, Madison Morgan and Keifer Morgan; and her siblings, Lenora Hill, Tom Willoughby, Viola Cleaver, Carolyn Crump, Sam and Toni Willoughby. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
