She was predeceased by: her parents, Mae Baxter and Ellis Baxter; her son Barney W. Skipper (Pete); her husband William C. Elmore; her son William Glenn Skipper (Billy); her siblings, Mrytice Laster and Hilton Baxter; and her stepson Gary Elmore.
She is survived by: her children, Darlene Wheat (Steve), Helen Nolan (Ricky) and Jackie Skipper (Karen); her stepchildren, Barbara Elmore, Phillip Elmore (Kay), Jody Elmore (Sherri), Kay Reeves and Candance Henderson; her grandchildren, Kathlene Hutchison (Derek), Stephanie Thomas (Charles), Cindi Wainwright (David), Joseph Nolan (Stacy), Meredith Harris (Trey), Christopher Skipper (Jolene), Jameson Skipper, Michael Skipper (Lynn Maples), Melanie Welch and Misty Gray; her great grandchildren, Brandon Garrett, Ashley Gray, Derrick Gray, Breck Davis, Cody Davis, Kylene Lowrey, Chase, Carson Thomas, Bryce Nolan (Amanda), William Nolan, Lily, Seth, Allie Wainwright, Caden, Cole, Maeby Skipper, Hudson and Brinley Harris; her great great grandchildren, Luke Nolan, Mia Davis and Hayden Davis; and her siblings, Charles Baxter (Sandra), Johnny Baxter, Janice Zuber, Velva Collins and Diane Maynor.
