It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emma Lou Owens Bush in West Monroe, Louisiana, who passed away on October 21, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Frank Owens and Lula Epsebell Wagoner Owens; and her brothers, Oswald J. Owens and Benjamin Franklin Owens. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Sherman Bush; her children, Charles Wayne Bush (Diane), Sherman Lane Bush (Peggy) and Marilyn Sue Bush Glennon; her grandchildren, Charles Sherman Bush, Chris Vallery, Donald Brian Glennon, Carlie Ann Bush, Brittany Louise Koon and Amy Vallery; her great grandchildren, Brieanna, Gracie Zimek, Julieanne Bush, Hannah Hodnett, Ashton Vallery and Parker Bush; her great great grandchild Indi-Jean Neathery; and her brother Charles Lamar Owens (Sue). She is also survived by 20 nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Cypress Baptist Church.
