He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann Roberson; his parents, Leonard Roberson and Mary Wilba Roberson; and his son Robert L. Roberson (Bobby). He is survived by: his children, Kathy J. Hale (Steve), Susie Roberson (Sharon), Mary E. Dawson (Rick) and Dewy Lamar Thompson (Merry); his daughter-in-law Patsy Roberson; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Duplantis, Amanda Whitlock, Todd Hale, Taylor Dawson, Cory Thompson, Kyle Thompson and Erin Ely. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
