She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Phillips and Lucille Phillips of Farmerville. She is survived by: her sons, James Bradly Smith, Jr. (Michelle) of West Monroe and Phillip Matthew Smith (Tiffany) of Farmerville; her grandchildren, Madison Smith of Nashville, Whitney Smith Albritton (Cody) of Farmerville, Adrian Smith of West Monroe, Cole Smith (Taylor) of Farmerville, Peyton Smith of West Monroe and Andrea Smith of West Monroe; and her siblings, Brenda Phillips Pace (Allen) of Farmerville, Jackie Phillips Hancock (Brian) of Ruston and Fred Phillips of Arlington. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorials be made to Antioch Baptist Cemetery Fund, 3501 Highway 828, Farmerville, La. 71241.
