She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Ragsdale and Ruby Ragsdale. She is survived by: her husband Gerry Winters; her son Tate (Aleisha Winters); her grandchild Aspen Winters; her brothers, Marshall (Deborah Ragsdale), Russell (Genell Ragsdale) and Terry (Tammy Ragsdale); and her siblings-in-law, Raymond Winters (Leslie Willoughby) and Vonda Dixon (Isaac).

Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Apostolic Restoration Church (108 W T Hemphill Dr, West Monroe, LA 71292). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at the Mulhearn Memorial Park (623 US-80, Monroe, LA 71203).
