He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Whitlock and Marylee McManus Whitlock; and his siblings, Charles R. Whitlock, William F. Whitlock and Mildred Greer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Simona Shannon and Delores Jones; and his siblings, Sammy Whitlock, Harold Whitlock and Joann Cook. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family and friends.
