He was predeceased by: his mother Delores O'Day; and his cousin Mark Ekstrom. He is survived by: his wife Connie Spittler of West Monroe; his children, Douglas Harold Spittler Jr., Dominique Spittler of West Monroe, Shannon Cook (Mike) of Collinston and Jennifer Pizano of West Monroe; his father Harold Spittler of Missoula, Montana; his stepfather Robert O'Day of San Diego, CA; his siblings, Duane Spittler, Michael O'Day, Mark Spittler, Leona Spittler and Sonni Spittler; and his grandchildren, Raymond Dennis, Douglas Harold Spittler, III (Trey), Jesse Pittman, Skyler Woods, Blair White and Blake White.
