She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil Simons; her parents, Loe T. Bonnett and Lee Ada Shell Bonnett; and her brothers, Dub Bonnett, Willie Bonnett and Robert Bonnett.
She is survived by: her daughter Martha Simons; her brother Thomas Bonnett; her grandchildren, Wayne Simons and Tina Hemphill Lofton (Todd); her great grandchildren, Jesse Simons, Chassidy Taylor, Kayla Bryan (Matthew Bryan), Alex Simons and Kalina Lynn; her great great grandchild Zane Simons; and also Lora Ann May.
