He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Howe and Charlotte Dispenza (Pete); his grandchildren, Cory Howe, Ashton Ratliff (Dylan) and Matt Dispenza (Katie); his great grandchildren, Olivia Ratliff, Dalton Ratliff and Crawford Dispenza; and his siblings, Pairlee Murphy and Clifton Howe.
