He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Russell Harper; his children, Sherry Harper Teague (Barry) and Shannon Harper (Ashley); his grandchildren, Jett Teague, Cam Harper, Hixson Teague and Crew Harper; and his siblings, Mildred Brownell, Mae Kelly, Franklin "Doodle" Harper, Margie Brown, Barbara Hynum and Harold Dean Harper. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
