He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Black; his children, Kim Roberts (Jerry), Michael Perkins and Kevin Perkins (Kristie); his grandchildren, Noah Perkins, Jared Perkins, Steven Perkins, Kaylea Perkins, Ryan Evans, Ashley Evans, Leslie Arnold, Leah Campbell, Lauren Fowler, Dean Roberts and Grant Roberts; and his great grandchildren, Austin Evans, Anna Arnold, Andrew Arnold, Alex Arnold, Thomas Campbell, Clark Campbell, Catherine Campbell, Caroline Fowler, Jack Fowler, Matthew Roberts and Hannah Rose Roberts. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives.
