He was predeceased by: his former wife Linda Woodall; his daughter-in-law Cindy Woodall; his stepchildren, Bobby Griggs, John Fletcher, Ricky Fletcher and Laura Cheek; and his grandson Michael Griggs.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Woodall; his children, Devon Woodall Jr. (Norma) and Keith Woodall; and his stepchildren, Marianna Bell (Ricky), Lisa Custer (Clyde), Martin and Susie Fletcher. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
