He was predeceased by: his father John Lewis Carpenter; and his grandson Colton Lane Carpenter Roberts. He is survived by: his daughter Natallie Denise Carpenter; his mother Julia Mae Carpenter; his siblings, John Paul Carpenter (Robin), Denise (Larry Pixley) and Terry Carpenter (Tina); his nephews, Jonathan, Bobby (Desiree), Scott and Jordan Pixley (Desiree); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Briana, Abigail and Trevor.
