He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Ross; his stepfather Roy Ross; his sisters, Deborah Jordan (Charlie) and Diane Adkins (Casey); his stepsister Tina Hall (Matthew); his brother Jeffery Wininger (Virginia); and his nieces and nephews, Kristy Updegraff (Chuck), Wanda McKoin (Cassidy), Tasha Navarro (Pedro), Stacey Adkins, Bridget McDonald (Josh), Jason Wade, Tony Adkins, Chris Adkins, Brandon Wininger, Hunter Wininger, Michael Adkins, Jake Wininger, Daniel Wininger and Brantley Howell. He is also survived by great- nieces and nephews; along with other extended family.
