It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Reagan (West Monroe, Louisiana), who passed away on May 30, 2021, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donna Mackens and David Reagan; his uncle Greg Reagan; and his grandparents, Sue, Harry Wells and Lawrence Phillips.

He is survived by: his grandmother Annie; his siblings, Roxi "Mackens" Robinson (Matt), Greg Mackens (Brittany), Austin Mackens (Jessica) and Chad Mackens (Kristen); his uncles, Chris Reagan (Rhonda) and Harry Dye (Leann); his aunt Sharon Dye; and his niece Peyton Mackens. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
