He is survived by: his siblings, Ida Mae Hillis, Bettie Sue Tee, Sandra Ann Schiele, Sandi, Lloyd Carl Fields, Buddy and William Eugene Fields; and his children, Hettie Karen Meisel (Josh) and Roman David Fields (Gena). He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
