He is survived by: his wife Gerry Darnell; his sons, Dan Edward Darnell, Jr. and David Arnold Darnell; the mother of his children Gloria Webb Darnell; his stepdaughter Lori Kuhn-Hancock; his stepgrandchildren, Colin and Conor; his granddaughters, Chelsey and Corrie; and his siblings, Joy Dell Craft, Gloria Jean Barnes and Robert Lee Darnell (Bernice).
