He was predeceased by: his wife Oma Lee Head; his parents, Marshall Head and Ethel Head; and his brothers, Truman Head and Jimmy Head.
He is survived by: his children, Trudy Sanson (Luther) of West Monroe and Bruce Head (Lisa) of Beckville, TX; his grandchild Shannette Leach (Danny) of Carthage, TX; his great grandchildren, Logan, Dylan, Riley, Hunter, Aubrey and River; his great great grandchild Brantley; and his siblings, Thomas Roscoe Head (Jean) of Rolling Meadows, IL and Joann Bradley (Copeland) of Florida. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
