He was predeceased by: his parents, William Homer Campbell and Nettie Dison Campbell; his father-in-law Leonard Moore; and his sister Judy Dianne Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Linda Ann Campbell; his children, Kim Cox (Chris), Kelly Parks (Lance) and Pistol Carter (Heather); his grandchildren, Jessica Bunn, Sarah Sampognaro (Ryan), Zachary Rogers (Kelsey), Chance Cox (Harlee), Sam Houston and Kaleigh Rogers; his siblings, Newton Campbell and Nancy Shelton (Andy); his sister-in-law Nancy Cason (Pete); his mother-in-law Hildred Moore; and his brother-in-law Leonard "Banjo" Moore. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
