He was predeceased by: his parents, Judson E. Osbon Sr. and Beulah Osbon; his wife Katherine Osbon; and his brothers, Harold "Tonky" Osbon, Billy Osbon, Bobby Osbon, Judson E. Osbon, Jr. and James Osbon.
He is survived by: his children, Clifford Osbon, Jr., Ray Osbon (Judy), Mike Osbon, Richard Osbon and Debra Hill (Gene); his siblings, Ralph Osbon and Delores Baugh (Jimmy); and his sisters-in-law, Doris Osbon and Helen Osbon. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
