He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Plunkett; his children, Kathy Jo Weinholt (Frank), David Alan Campagana, Debra Kay Plunkett Bracken (Leigh) and Vickie Lynn Plunkett Wheelis (Phillip); and his sister Helen Froust (Arvis). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
