We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Cindy Bailey of West Monroe, Louisiana, born in Mayfield, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Mike Thang'wa of Paschal's Cemetery; and her husbands, Jimmy Freeman and Truitt Bailey. She is survived by: her parent Charles Goatley; her brother Eddie Goatley (Dianne Goatley); her nieces and nephews, Chris Goatley, Hunter Sant, Ethan Goatley, Stefanie Sant, Brandy Goatley, Stacy Goatley, Carlee Parker, Lexie Goatley and Danielle Goatley; and her close friend John Crowe.
