He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Blair of West Monroe, Louisiana; his father James Blair of Tahlequah, Oklahoma; his sisters, Debbie Brusveen (Marvin) of Fayetteville, Sheryl Cantrell (Terry) of Broken Arrow and Pam Henley (Larry) of Tahlequah; and his nieces and nephews, Zachary Henley (Katie), Ethan Henley (Kacy), Andrew Cantrell, Michelle Brusveen LeClerc (Eric) and Ashlea Cantrell Herzfeld (Drew).
