With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christine Hatten Gaskin in West Monroe, Louisiana, born in Chatham, Louisiana, who passed away on September 6, 2020 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ella Fordham Hatten and George Hatten; and her grandson Benny Taylor. She is survived by: her children, Teresa Wilson of Weston, Jan Shrader (Julius) of Winnsboro, George Gaskin (Patti) of Chatham and Nikki Flowers of West Monroe, Louisiana; her grandchildren, Ronnie Hamilton (Chris), Stacey Brown (Ray), Johnny Taylor (Ginger), Cammy Posey (Brad), Jordyn Zigler (Brennen), Cade Flowers, Betsy Flowers, Drew Townsend and Kyle Townsend (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Faith Taylor, Coen Taylor, Londyn Taylor, Addie Kate Zigler, Jaxon Zigler, Jack Frith, Will Frith, Lila Cowen, Mary Jane Posey, Liam Posey and Tanner Townsend; and also, Ruth Chatham and Janice Mullican. She is also survived by step-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews.
