He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Richard Hicks Finklea, Sr.; his brother Michael Shane Finklea; his grandparents, Malcolm, Peggy McVicker, Marshall and Willene Finklea; his wife Tara Finklea; his son Keagan Payne; his stepdaughter Kynsley Reagan; his mother Roxanne Finklea; his siblings, Shea Emery (Stephen) and Richard Finklea, Jr. (Amy); his nieces, Gracie and Audrey; his nephew Elijah; and his mother-in-law Terrie Payne. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
