He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Ramsey and Alexandria Ramsey; his sister-in-law Robert Ramsey; his parent-in-law Cecil Langston; and also, Eunice Ramsey, Trey Foster III and Dorothy Langston.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Langston Ramsey; his son Robert Alexander Ramsey; his siblings, Donald Ramsey (Linda) and Lynda Gebhardt (Mike); and his siblings-in-law, Kevin Langston (Lindsay), Renee Calongne (John) and Beverly Koob (Karl). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
