Rogers; his children, Elvira Love of West Monroe, LA., Derrick Green of West Monroe, LA., Kimberly Rogers of West Monroe, LA. and Charles Rogers, II (Brittany) of West Monroe, LA.; and his siblings, Shirley Vaughn of Phoenix, AZ, Angela Morales of West Monroe, LA, Joe Rogers (Kim), Clifford Payne (Sadie) and Henry Haywood (Shelia). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
