She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Head and Mary Beard Head. She is survived by: her husband Stan Grube; her children, Tonya Auttonberry (Lynell), Tess Ballance (Todd), Libby Grube Hammons (Jeffrey Gray) and Paul Grube (Paulette); her siblings, Sheila Head Townsend (James), Ruth Ann Head Nelson (Ed) and Leon Head Jr. (Linda); her granddaughters, Baillie Johnson (Chris), Rebecca Minter (Chase), Allie Ballance, Kimmie Ballance, Nicole Reed (Dustin) and Brooke Dane (Drake); and her great grandchildren, Rylan, Reece, Rhett Minter, Haylee, Cody, Hannah Reed, Taylor Woodrum, Peyton and Arya Drake.
Memorials may be made in Carolyn's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
