He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Robertson Soignier. He is survived by: his children, Angela Maher (Bill), Beverly St. Vgine (Danny), David Soignier (Vickie), Bruce Soignier and Greg Soignier (Tammy); his grandchildren, Melanie Soignier, Cory Maher, Jason Soignier, Ethan Soignier, Ian Soignier and Caleb Soignier; his great grandchildren, Kristen Dowdy, Michael Francis Soignier, Lucy Soignier, David Joe Neathery and Charlee-Kay Soignier; and his great great grandchild Laken McClain.
