He was predeceased by: his parents, James Tinsley and Annie Tinsley; and his wife Gayle Tinsley. He is survived by: his children, Wanda Anderson (George), Susan Landers, Tammy Hardwick (Mike) and Bobby Tinsley (Amy); his grandchildren, April Bradford (Mike), Logan Landers, Robert Earl Anderson and Alison Anderson; and his great grandchildren, Wesley Landers, Gage Landers, Lucas Landers, Autumn Landers and Cole Landers. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
