He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Lively and Francis Lively; his brother Kenneth Lively; and his father-in-law Thomas Wilhite. He is survived by: his wife Susan Lively; his children, Kasi Lively and Kody Lively (April); his brothers, Eugene Lively (Doris) and Henry Lively; his grandchildren, Kinlee, Kylee, Dallas and Daisy Lively; his mother-in-law Inez Anding; and his siblings-in-law, Billy Wilhite (Debi), Johnny Wilhite (Denise) and Belinda Crymes (John Alan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews; and many beloved family members and friends.
