She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. James E. Downs; her siblings, Sonny Finley, Daryl Finley and Margie Finley; her daughters, Dianne Hattaway, Marilyn Kathleen Hill, Patricia Lynn Smith and Joanie Stafford; her grandson Gregory Hattaway; and her great grandchild Myles Hill.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bobbie Joyce Foster (Ted), Peggy Dunn (John) and Frances Kaye South; and her siblings, James "Jay" Finley (Frances) and Dale Hatten (Courtney). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
