He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Lewis; his sons, Tommy (Virginia) of West Monroe, Cameron, Noah, Quincy, Carter Lewis, Ray (Kourtney) of West Monroe, Ransom, Reese Lewis and Joe Paul Lewis; and his siblings, Joseph Glen Lewis (Rose Marie), Roger Lewis (Rosalee), Laverne Huber, Nathan Lewis (Cindy) and Faye Keith (Raymond).
