He is survived by: his wife Cautina Lutz; his children, Billy Ray Lutz, III and Kaitlyn Lutz; his sisters, Crystal Lutz and Melissa Lutz; his mother Janet Lutz; his grandchildren, Renesimae, Harmony, Anthony and LeAndie Anderson; and his stepdaughter Jessica Anderson. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
