He was predeceased by: his daughter Harley Johnson; and his brother Ronnie Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Johnson; his children, Angie, Kim, Brandie, Jennifer and Lance Primm (Billie); and his siblings, David, Dale Johnson, Judy, Peggy and Michelle. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family and friends.
