He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann McDonald Harper; his sons, Todd Harper and Kenneth Harper (Rhonda); and his grandchildren, Rhiannon Edwards, Christopher Harper (Mackenzie), Emily Grassi (Joseph), Adam Harper and Amber Posey (Heath). He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren; and other extended family.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kilpatrick Funeral Homes - West Monroe (1321 N 7th St, West Monroe, LA 71291). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Cemetery Kilpatrick's Serenity Gardens (8729 Cypress St, West Monroe, LA 71291).
